Accessibility across the RHS

At the RHS, we want to share our passion for gardening and provide as many people as possible with the opportunity to experience RHS Gardens and RHS Flower Shows by offering a warm welcome and a great visitor experience, as well as giving the best possible access to RHS Media, including our website, members’ magazine and videos

Accessibility at RHS Gardens and RHS Flower Shows

Each of our stunning RHS Gardens and inspirational RHS Flower Show locations is unique and therefore different in terms of accessibility. These guides will make you aware of what to expect at each site so that you can plan your visit depending on your individual requirements.

In each of our locations you will typically find:

  • Volunteers and staff on hand to help and inform you
  • Designated parking places and drop off points
  • Accessible routes and maps to guide you
  • Entry provided free of charge for carers accompanying visitors whose disability necessitates their support
  • Mobility scooter and manual wheelchair hire schemes
  • Accessible buildings, eateries and toilets

Guides describing facilities in more detail are available for each RHS Garden and RHS Flower Show and can be found below. This information is also available on the ‘Accessibility’ section of each individual garden or show.

Please note: Each of our Partner Gardens has different levels of accessibility. Some information can be found on the Partner Garden listing or please call the garden for details.
